Refund policy

If for some reason an order needs to be returned, please notify us first for shipping instructions on how to return the order to us without incurring unnecessary and sometimes expenses charges.

If an order is returned to us without our prior knowledge it can not be accepted and will be returned unopened to you.

If we have made an error in shipping your order the return charges will be paid by us.

Please note that rope that is cut to length can not be returned, since it is a custom length cut specifically to your requirements.
